Role Description

This is a practical role where interns contribute to CAD design, fabrication, wiring, programming, testing, and accompany the team to client sites for commissioning. As we are in a young and fast-scaling phase, interns work directly on core projects rather than just plain training. This means more hands-on exposure and real responsibility than in traditional setups.

 

Mechanical Interns

 

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop CAD models and drawings in SolidWorks/AutoCAD

• Support fabrication, assembly, and shop-floor work

• Assist in testing, troubleshooting, and quality checks

• Participate in installation and commissioning of machinery

• Work through the complete cycle of turning designs into reality—from CAD to manufacturing to deployment

 

Required Skills

• Knowledge of CAD tools (SolidWorks/AutoCAD/Fusion360)

• Understanding of mechanical systems, tolerances, and manufacturing methods

• Comfortable with hands-on work and practical tasks

• Attention to detail and willingness to learn

 

Automation Interns

 

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in PLC/HMI programming and panel wiring

• Work with VFDs, sensors, and control systems

• Support automation integration, testing, and troubleshooting

• Participate in commissioning activities at client sites

 

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, and control circuits

• Familiarity with electrical schematics

• Familiarity with wiring, sensors, and automation hardware like contactors, relays, sensory switches, etc.

• Interest in industrial automation and robotics

• Eagerness to learn programming and apply it in real-world projects
